NFC Tag Emulation, Near Field
Communication Tag Emulation
Emulating any NFC tag is quite like a
tag read / write emulations. Now we need to execute the simulator and
then controller. To test the emulation, we should execute an apps on
the simulators, which emulate the virtual tags, and then make the
controller setting in to listening mode. To set up the controller
follow the following instructions => Device → NFC → Manage
Tags → Virtual Tags → Listen to Virtual Tag
Following are the steps to execute
the Tap2Test application on the
simulators:
- Chose the Emulate tag.
- Record need to append (This will create the message for the virtual tag)
- Click on Register
The controller
will shows a dialogue box that will indicate a virtual tag is found.
The we can see the content of the tags.
To
use the next or second NFC app on the simulators, we can execute the
app on the simulators and then set the controller on the mode of
listening. When any application will call the appropriate the APIs to
register for a virtual tag ( or for tag emulations), Then definitely
tag will appears n the controllers.
