-    Amla Powder
-    Bhringraj Powder
-    Black Sesame Powder
-    Gokharoo Powder
-    Sugar candy
-    Honey
-    Ghee

How to Prepare this Powder :
Take all the mentioned powders in 100g of quantity, and then mix 400g of sugar candy, 100g of Deshi Ghee and 200g of Honey. Store this mixture in mirror or Chinese pot and then take this mixture in 1tsp of quantity daily with lukewarm water and cow milk.
