First Remedy :
In first practical we will use black pepper powder and lemon. So, take ½ glass of lukewarm water and then mix 1tsp of black pepper powder and 2tsp of lemon juice in it. Drink it every 2 hour; this drink is best to control your blood pressure.

Actually extra fat or calcium on blood vessels obstacle blood flow and cause high BP, but this drink removes these obstacle to make your blood flow better and to protect heart.

Second Remedy :
When blood becomes thick then it makes blood flow slow, which tightens the arteries and cause High BP. To get rid of this problem and to control high BP take ½ glass of lukewarm water and add ½ tsp of Cinnamon powder, ½ tsp of Honey and 1 grinded garlic in it. Drink it daily with empty stomach, this treats high blood pressure and other heart problems soon.

Third Remedy :

Cooling breath yoga controls anger and calms mind, which helps to manage blood pressure. So sit in easy pose and take your hand on knees as knowledge pose. Now close your eyes and concentrate. After this roll your tongue and make it like a pipe; then breathe in from mouth and hold it for some time and then release from nose.
