What is Exploratory Testing?

Generally in all testing we design the test case then done the testing or execute the test cases. Opposite to this, In Exploratory Testing process we test design and execution all will be done together in same time.

Actually this is type of non-thinking activity because test engineers executes the test cases and will compare the actual and expected result and then pass or fail the result. So this type of testing doesn’t require much cognitive skills.

Exploratory Testing is like a discovery, learning the new skills and investigation. Here all responsibility is on individual test engineers because he/she works personal freedom and responsibility. Test Engineer will test in fly without creating test cases in advance
