things or scenarios. As a real life scenarios Oil is not adjustable or
compatible with the water and but milk can adjust with water.
Definition of compatibility Testing:
Running the software application in different – different
network environments, mobile devices, hardware, operating system etc properly
without any issue or bug.
Actually Compatibility Testing comes under the category of
Non-Functional Testing.

Initial Phase – Defining the
environment or platforms for the required application.
ii.
Enough knowledge or awareness
about the testable application.

Now when above steps are completed then
need to set up for testing with required devices, platforms and networks to
confirm whether application runs properly or not.

Now finally report the bug or defect if
any found, Retest when bug fix.
