In legendary texts we can also see that Gotam Buddha also take fast below the trees, even Lord Rama who fast near seas to sail over the large Hind Ocean and who can forget about Goddess Parvati who did a hard fast to marry with the Lord of Lords and God of Gods the Greatest Almighty Who was never born and who will never die that is Shiva The Mahadeva.

Everyone knows that all the disease starts from the stomach and if we control and keeps our stomach healthy then no diseases can attack our body. This is only done by fast let’s see how. First think that your stomach is machine and its main machine is digestive system who works for day night. Now compare it with real factory machine. We give rest to our factory machine but what about it. If you want any inspiration than you can get it from animal, if any animal falls ill he left eating food whether it is dog, cow or any other bird. This is not because they are dying but they know the importance of fast and after sometime you will definitely notice that they comes out of their illness.

But in human it is completely opposite even doctor advices us to eat more fruit and vegetable because they think that it will give us energy and power to fight with disease. Some even want to eat but they know that their taste of tongue is changed and the found hard to eat anything. So, believe in fast because it is the scientific, fastest and easiest way to come out of illness. It gives rest to our stomach, our heart and other parts of body as well.

How to Start Fast?
If you plan to fast on Saturday, then don’t over eat on Thursday and Friday as well and on Saturday you need to survive on juice. Take complete rest and do light exercise in morning with fresh air. If you are fasting to god then do all the prayer needed with full faith.

How to Finish Fast?
To finish your fast you can feel some natural signs like your tongue will clean, you will feel your breathe, your body will be relaxed and you will feel hungry. All these signs show that this is the time to end your fast. To open your fast east some fruits first, take a bowl of soup, you can take boiled fruits and vegetables as well. After this have light food with low salt in them.
