Where is Water in Our
Body and How Much Water we need to Drink Daily :
But where is water in
our body? Actually Water in our body is in form of blood, urine, digestive
juice and perspiration and also it lean in muscle, bones and human’s fat. One
of the most important things about our body is that we cannot store it for a
long period; we need fresh supplies of water at regular interval to keep our
body fresh. Now the question is how much water we need to keep our body fit and
healthy? The answer of this question is that it all depends on our body’s size,
the weather, the food we eat, metabolism and our activities. But on and average
everyone must drink at least 6 Liter water daily.
Need of Water Depends on
Weather :
We should drink at least
7 – 8 glass of water in a day in winter season, where in summer the quantity of
water should, increased to 10 – 12 glasses. It is compulsory rather than your
body will demand for water and if you will not fulfill its need then you may

Water Keeps You Healthy:
- Water has some other duties in our daily routine
too, and to complete those duties our body need water whole day, so drink 2
glass of water at early morning it cleans your stomach and makes you latrine
smoothly with that it remove all the unnecessary things from your body as well.
- Water is also purifying our blood. It used to
maintain our body temperature. Our body is unable to digest the food itself,
and if the food will not digest properly then we can be suffer by constipation
and constipation generates other dangerous diseases.
- But remember we should not drink water before
and after taking the food. Our digest system also needs water; otherwise it
will damage our immunity system and digestive system too. We should drink water
after one hour taking the food; it is also beneficial for health. We can use
replace water with curd in our food.

Water in our body:
· As we grow old, our body demands more water to
stay healthy. Some feels that women need less water than men but it is wrong
because the need of water is same.
· In old age or old people loses 2 liter of their
body water daily.
· A person, who uses aero plane for travel also
lose approximately 1.5 liters of water during a three - hour flight.
· Many of the mature adults lose nearly 2.5 to 3
liters of water per day.
· Water loses needs to be replaced and this can be
done by drinking fresh clean water as much as possible.
