Material Required for
this dish:
- 200 g : Capsicum
- 200g : Potatoes
- 40g : Ginger
- 20g : Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon : Amchur
- 2 Teaspoon : Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon : Asafetida
- 1 Teaspoon : Cumin
- 30g : Ghee
- Salt : according to your taste
- Chili : according to your taste

· Step 2 : Then knead some flour with it and mix all spices in it, like:
onion, garlic, ginger, salt and chili etc. This is the mixture you need to fill
in capsicum.
· Step 3 : Now tear off to capsicum from middle and fill the mixture with
some pepper.
· Step 4 : After this take a frying pan and pour some ghee in it, burn the
cooking gas and let the ghee heat.
· Step 5 : Then fry the filled capsicum in ghee as in order of 2-2. Fry it
properly in ghee so that whole parts of capsicum can fry up.
· Step 6 : Make sure the gas at low level, it increases taste. When you
finish you frying work then decorate them with coriander peel or black pepper.
