-         240 g : Cheese

-         20 g : Ginger

-         240 g : Khoya

-         140 g : Onion

-         100 g : Ghee

-         100 g : Tomato

-         10 g : Garlic

-         2 tablespoon : Garam Masala

-         1 teaspoon : Turmeric

Process of Cooking Tasty Dish of Cashew :
§  Step 1 : Start by cutting the cheese in any shape you want but make sure that pieces should not be so big and large that they left uncooked.

§  Step 2 : Pour some ghee in frying pan and heat it, and fry those pieces of cheese in it.

§  Step 3 : Make a paste of cashew, ginger and garlic by using grinder.

§  Step 4 : Cut the onion in spouted pieces, and mix it with that paste. Heat this paste at low temperature for 4 – 5 minutes.

§  Step 5 : Put some khoya and tomato in this frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, mix your fried cheese in it.

§  Step 6 : Give all the spices to your dish like salt, turmeric and chili and cook it for 10 minutes. After the cooking, keep it down from heat, and then shrink coriander and garam masala over your hot spice dish.
