hydrated and keeps you away from headache, eye pain and sleep. You may have 1-2
coffee or tea too.

and select some snacks first. Eat Banana pieces because banana contains protein
and potassium that gives you energy and ready digestive system. You can take
Toast with butter, milk, Vegetable Soup and Nuts also.
