-    2 Banana

-    1 Glass of Milk

-    4 Sweet Date

-    ¼ tsp Ashwagandha Powder and

-    Cardamom

How to Prepare this Formula :
Cut Banana into small pieces first, then Mix all the material well in mixture and prepare a drink. You can decorate your drink with raisins too.
