Halite : Halite is one of the best solutions to remove tension. This is because depression decreases magnesium level and increases adrenaline, while halite is rich source of magnesium and relaxes body too. So take water in a tub and mix 1 cup of halite in it. Now sit in this water for 20-30 minutes. Repeat it 2-3 times in a week to stay stress free always.

Chamomile Tea : Chamomile Tea is best herb to remove tension and depression. This herb calms nervous system, relax brain and muscles. So drink chamomile tea 3-4 times daily to fight with tension. To prepare this tea you just need to mix 2tsp of chamomile powder in 1 cup of lukewarm water and some honey in it.

Ashwagandha : Ashwagandha also helps to fight with tension because ashwagandha decreases cortisol hormone, which removes stress and makes you feel energetic, strong and stress free. So mix 2tsp of ashwagandha powder in 1 cup of milk and drink it. Remember pregnant women and child should avoid this solution. 

Lemon and Chocolate : Lemon is very helpful to remove tension and to keep mood fresh because lemon contains Vitamin C, where chocolate also relives in stress. So you can drink lemon water or eat chocolate in stress.

Take Good Sleep : A person with tension found hard to sleep because there are lots of things that runs in his mind. But sleep is the best and easiest way to relax body and to remove stress. And if you don’t take complete rest then it may increase your problem as well, so take a good sleep in tension.
