·         Head to Knee Posture ( Janushirasana ) : In this asana you first need to sit on floor then expend your legs in front of you. Now bent you right knee and take its ankle below the left thigh, remember you don’t need to move your left leg, keep it straight. Now hold your left leg’s toes with hands ( don’t bent your knee ),  bent your back and try to touch your head on your toes. Stay in this position for 2 minutes. Release and get back in normal position. Do this similar process with other leg as well.
