removing body heat. Actually the juice of sweet potatoes reduces the effect of
sun’s heat on body and keeps us cool. To prepare sweet potatoes juice, take 4 –
5 sweet potatoes in any container and add some water in it. Now boil the water,
after 15 – 20 minutes peel off them and mix in water well. Now mix ½ teaspoon

· Goat’s
Milk : You can use goat’s milk as well in heat stork or anxiety. Goat
milk has many such qualities that it cures deadly disease like Dengue. So you
should drink goat milk at least once in a day, if person feels more heat then
apply this milk on hands and legs as well.
· Kernels
of Date : We all knows the benefits of Date in winter but do you know
that its kernel has many benefits for summer like if you puts its kernel in
