Steps to Add Signature
in Email Messages :
Email gives the facility
to add signature, once you add the signature then it automatically sends with
every email send by you.
· Step
1 : Open you email account first and go to Settings,
setting is a circular sign in the upper right corner. Click on it.
· Step
2 : As you clicks on this sign you will see a dialogue box with many
other options but you have to choose General from them.
· Step
3 : You will see some other options in General settings, so scroll
down a little there will be a option for Signature in left
side. Click on it.
· Step
4 : When you clicks on Signature you will see 2 options, First “
No Signature ”, means you don’t want to add signature in email, while the
other option is “ Signature ”, as you click on it, it shows
you a dialogue box, with space to write your signature and other information,

· Step
5 : To make you signature more attractive you can use other options
given above like Style of Language means Font, B for Bold Option, I for Italic,
U for underline. If you want to increase the size of text then you can use A.
After this you found a sign to link your website, as you click on it you will
see a dialogue box, you have to type your website address in this box and click
on ok. Here you see Picture option also, which make you add your company logo
in your signature. Then you can see some alignment option, you can choose any
on them whether it is left, right, centre or justified alignment. There are
some other options as well to improve the quality of your signature.
· Step
6 : After completing of setting your signature, you just need to click
on Save Change. This adds signature in your email address.
