·         Step 1 : First go to Menu from your home screen.

·         Step 2 : Now click on email application to open your email account, you will see a setting option below.

·         Step 3 : Click on Setting option, your phone will show you many option related to email, from them one will be Signature. If signature shows Not Set then it means you are not using any signature in email. So, click on it and on.

·         Step 4 : Doing this gives you the area to write your signature, click on Edit Signature, click on it to add your signature. Here you can use many other options to make your signature more attractive and colorful. For this you can see some option given by email. As you completes your signature click on Save button.

·         Step 5 : Now go to your email again and click on Compose icon, tap on Write Message you can see your signature just below the text area.
