Indian Style Cauliflower Dish with Potatoes Recipe
Material for Delicious Cauliflower's dish:
-         1 kg : Cauliflowers

-         400 g : Potato

-         6 : Green Chili

-         10 lines : Green Coriander

-         Salt and Chili according to taste

-         2 Teaspoon : Garm Masala

-         1 Teaspoon : Turmeric

-         100 g : Onion

-         140 g : Tomato

-         20 g : Garlic

-         100 g : Ghee

-         100 g : Green Peas

·        Step 2 : After the washing, use a Sharpe and clean knife for cutting them into small pieces, then again wash them.

·        Step 3 : Peel off potato and wash them as well, washing is important because washing keep you away from germs and disease.

·        Step 4 : Now pour some ghee in a frying pan to heat and  put spotted onion in it. When onion turned red, it means they are fried, mix some garlic and ginger in it.

·        Step 5 : After 2 minutes put tomato’s paste or spotted tomato in it.

·         Step 6 : After 3 minutes mix salt, turmeric, green chili, chili and green peas in it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes and left the gas flame at low for 8 to 10 minutes.

·         Step 7 : Add cauliflower in this mixture and let them cook for 7 to 9 minutes. You can also taste while cooking to check that every spices are in  good in taste.

·         Step 8 : After cooking, put some green coriander and garam masala over it to look your dish beautiful and attractive. Now this is the time to enjoy the taste of your cauliflower's dish.
