How to Consume :
Anyone can consume this powder, if children want to consume it then mix 3tsp of this powder in 1glass of milk and drink. This boost child’s brain and fulfils the requirement of calcium and protein in their body, so drink it twice a day but do exercise too. A youngster can consume its 5tsp at one time, but drink it after gym; this fills new energy, power and strength in you and gives you 6 or 8 pack abs.
