-    You can use Guggal to boost calcium, so consume 250mg - 2g of guggal in milk.

-    With that you can eat other milk products like curd, butter and cheese too.

-    Amla is rich in both calcium and anti oxidant, so eat is as fruit or boil it in water and drink.

-    Sesame is the other thing which is full of calcium, actually 1tsp of sesame contains 88mg calcium so add sesame in your food.
