First Remedy :
To get rid of Amnesia, grind 5g of Nigella seeds and then mix ½ tsp of Honey in it. Consume this mixture regularly in morning.

Second Remedy :

Third Remedy :
Bay leave grows and relax mind, with that it improves concentration. So, prepare a tea with 2 cup of water, 1 Bay leave, 4 Black pepper, 2 Cloves and ½ tsp of tea. Boil it well and leave to cool down, then mix 1tsp of honey in it. Drink this tea atleast once in a day.

Other Solution :
-    Soak 20 Almonds in water for whole night. Next day grind them and prepare a paste, add 1tsp butter in it. This increases mind power and improves memory. With that drop 5-7 drops of almond oil in your nose regularly too.

-    Vitamin B, Phosphorous and Potassium are good in Amnesia, these three makes Glutamic Acid and works as tonic for brain. So eat Apple, Cereals, walnut and drink cow milk.

-    Take proper rest and sleep because it calms mind, with that do meditation and Yoga Pranayama.
