The height of Malabar
Nut plant may goes upto 4 to 8 feet, it has large leaves. It very similar to

Malabar Nut :
Malabar Nuts are bitter
in taste but they are very useful in diseases like heart problem, respiratory
problem, and jaundice, controls blood pressure, remove sugar, keep body cool by
removing body heat, good in cough and cold, increases and purify blood and
increases appetite etc.
Malabar Nut is very
useful in Asthma also, it opens the blockage of lungs and wind pipe, with that
it melts the entire cough and removes from body. You can use Malabar in

Malabar leaves contain
very low amount of volatile, while its fruit has a crystal alkaloid, crystal
acid and vesisin. With that it contains fat and other important minerals. The
quantity of Vesisin in its leaves is about 0.2 – 0.4 % and its bark contains
0.35 % of Vesisin. Malabar Nut leaves has a sharp smell also, which works as
its identity.
