Mixture of Cumin and Banana :
To prepare this Mixture, take a banana and mash it completely then add some baked cumin powder over it and consume twice a day.

Ginger, Cloves, Honey, Lemon and Cinnamon :
In second solution you have to prepare a Aayurvedic tea and to prepare this tea pour 2 Cup of water in a Pen. Then add ½ tsp Cinnamon, 4 Cloves and 1 Piece of Ginger. Let all mixture boil till water remains half. After this leave this mixture to cool down and then add 1 tsp of honey and ½ tsp of Lemon Juice. Your tea is ready to drink. 

How to Consume :
