Mustard Paste for Arthritis :
Material Required :
-    2tsp Mustard Oil
-     1tsp Honey
-    1tsp Salt
-    1tsp Baking Soda

Process of Making this Mustard Oil Paste :
Take a Bowl, and then add 2tsp of Mustard Oil, 1tsp of Honey, 1tsp of Salt and 1tsp of Baking Soda, mix them well to prepare your paste.

How to Use :
Massage your Joints with this paste for 15-20 minutes and then wash. Use this paste twice a day to strengthen your joints. Actually Mustard Oil contains Selenium, Magnesium and Anti Inflammatory qualities to Detox Body. According to Aayurveda Mustard is Hot by nature which increases body temperature to remove pain. Laddoo for Arthritis :
Fenugreek is useful to cure Arthritis, so bake 1tsp of Fenugreek in Pure Ghee and Mix 1 - 1 ½ tsp of Semolina  in it, now shape it in Laddoo. Eat this Laddoo every morning with milk, this laddoo removes joint pain and swelling.

Powder for Arthritis :
Mix 1tsp of Grinded Ginger, 2tsp of Walnut and 4tsp of Black Sesame well. Not Eat 20g of it with warm water twice a day. This Powder treat Arthritis from root.

Other Solution :
-    Boil some Coriander leaves and Dry Coriander with 1 glass of water to relief in Joint Pain.

-    Lemon too is good in Arthritis so mix some Lemon Juice and Honey in 1 glass of water.
