First Remedy :
Honey is useful in many diseases actually 100g of Honey contains 0.42mg Iron, which increases Haemoglobin. So mix 1tsp of Lemon Juice and 1 Pinch of Salt in 1 Glass of water and Drink, you will soon feel a new life in your body.

Second Remedy :
Tomato is rich source of Vitamin C, which sucks Iron from food, with that Beta Carotene and Vitamin E of Tomato increases Haemoglobin Level. That’s why grind 2 tomato and add ½ tsp of Black Pepper and ½ tsp of Lemon Juice in it to Prepare a Soup, Drink it Daily to increase blood in your body.

Third Remedy :
Soak 2tsp of White Sesame in ½ bowl of water for 2 hours and then strain in another bowl. Now mix 1tsp of Honey in this water and drink twice a day. But ignore coffee and tea.

Fourth Remedy :
