We installed 1pw 4.0.2 on an iPhone5 and an iPad3, both iOS Version 6.0.1. We syncing 1pw with the desktop through drop box. What We describe is the same on both type of devices:-

After installing, I could get to the screen where should we put in our drop box log-in record. Then the app stuck with "testing drop box" syncing (Our 1pw drop box folder is of 6MB, so not really big). As the app stuck we force-quit it.

Since then We tried multiple times to remove the app, Then reboot the device and re-install the app, but now it always hangs after the start with the message "testing iCloud" actually in german "iCloud wird geprüft".

As We said, this happened on both devices; the still installed 1pw 3.7.2 app work and sync as they should be.
