§  Front Lunges : Put some weight in both your hands for this workout, you can use dumbbells also. Then stand straight, keep your hand near your body and step your right leg forward. Stay in this position and take your both legs in 90 degree. Remember take dumbbells down with your body. After 5 second, repeat this exercise with another leg. This workout works on hip muscles and definitely helps in their growth.

§  Side Leg Lunges : For this workout you have to lie down on one side of your body and then raise one of your leg in air. To maintain your balance, you can use put your one hand below your head and one in front of your chest. You will feel strain in your muscles during this workout. Stay in this pose for 5-7 seconds and then repeat it with other side. Practice this workout in 3 sets.
