Interaction Requirements Pausing the
Application For Mobiles
First Test Description:
Applications go to in the state of paused when the Power Key, End
Key or the Menu Key has been hit or pressed.
Following are the Conducted Steps
for the Test:
- Need to open the application
- Now Click on the Power key, End Key or the Menu Key
- Test that the applications goes to be in the paused state when one of the several keys is hit.
- Now Test that the app display in paused state when one of the above mentioned key has been pressed.
- Again Test that this is the possible to continue using the applications after their pausing.
Expected Test Result:
- The applications go into the state of paused when the power button will be pressed. Later on it should be possible to continue using the app with the continue option. That will be the valid only for that application whose status requires to be paused, that can be check and see in the S60 Device.
- When the Menu Key has been pressed, Then the app reach in paused state. And the devices of another application work without any problem i.e. taking photo, seeing it, editing the profile, beginning the another MIDlet. After that it is possible to remain continue the applications with the option of continue. The Pause state is the Valid state only for those application whose status requires to be pause like in the S60 Device.
- When applications went into the pause state then the telephone face will be display. Later on that will be possible to go to applications and continue on those with the option of continue. These will be only valid for the application whose status require to be pause, that like in S60 device, except for the 2nd Edition of S60 Feature Pack3.
