NOKT – 01 :- UI elements Size, touch UI only

Test Description:

The UI element of applications should be large enough for the pleasant of experience of user.

Step to conducting the Test:

1. Launch the Application
2. During the use of applications, Test the UI elements size and the visibility areas vs. active area in the following app feature:
   - Main menus and sub-menus;
   - Setting Menu
   - Application Main functionality

Expected Test Results:

• The Target of minimum sizes of the UI elements are 7 X 7 mm. In the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music devices, the 7X7 mm is equivalent to the 70 X 70 pixel.
• The activated area of the components should not be smaller than the visible scope of the components.

The Test case will randomly select the items per features for the measuring. The developers are expected to make sure that all the item are in the correct range of sizes.

Exceptions:

When component is situated near the edges of the display, then the touchable scope can be completely extended to the edge of the display. For an ex. In the Game wher the games board is urgent to fit the screen or in the application that are stand to be used with the sylus, the sizes of the UI elements can be smaller than 7X7 pixels.

NOKT – 02 Touch Interactions :- Choose and activated the touch UI only

Test Description:

Touch interaction must follow the S60 UI Style Guide.

Steps for conducting the Tests:

1. Launch the Applications
2. During the use of app, Test the interactions style in the following area of the applications:
   - Same a above Sub-menu and Main menu
   - Setting the Menu
   - Title Functionality of the app.

Expected Output Result of Tests:

1. Given below will be operated with the one Tap only:
   - Icons
   - Buttons
   - Items With in the Menu Options
2. The First Tap choose the items and the Second taps open the items unless another items has been selected.

Note:

The test house will randomly select one items per feature for the measuring. The Developers is expected to the confirm that the item behaving properly.

Exceptions:

It's Possible to open or activated an items from a focus-able view straightly with the individual tap if the focuses is already on the provided items.
