Notes
If the applications being got test, Then it has the MultimediaDDcapability, and has functionality of audio, then such functionality must be under use while such test is completed. Particularly, it should be tested that the audio from the applications are faded down to permit the user to listen the telephone call. VoIP application will require this running test using both the handset held to the ears of user and with the help of headset. The test need to execute with a VoIP call in progress, and the GSM incoming call should be declared with call awaiting tone.

b) Any record left on the devices after the installation match the explanation provided during the process of submission.
Notes
We should begin this test with the applications record from Test7 still in the place on the devices.
TEST 9 — Device Adaptation
STEPS For TEST
Note: The test steps provided below should be execute on the devices list corresponding to the UID's specified in the .pkg file. The lead devices list can be search at http://tiny.symbian.org/devicetable

Notes
Application which do not available UI to the users in normal usage do not require to execute this testing. On the primary devices — on which all of the another test cases have been executed– only step4 of this test scenarios should be done as all of the another steps of these test cases are covered else where.

Additional Tests for VoIP applications

Note: That the Test3 and Test4 both includes the additional note which will apply to the VoIP application testing. Please first read and apply following notes when executing those test on VoIP application.
