How to Make Non Electric Hand Pump at Home

Materials Required :

-    1 Bicycle

-    1 Oil Pressure Pump

-    2 Nipples of 3 Inches

-    1 Garari

-    1 Extra Chain

-    Pipe

-    Paint

-    1 NRV ( Non Return Valve )

-    Some Nuts, bolts and Leaves

-    Paint Brushes

Process of Making :

·         Step 1 : Take the garary of Cycle’s tire fire and then weld it with the oil pressure pump.

·         Step 2 : With that weld both the nipples on the input and output of oil pressure each, so that you can place pipe on it easily.

·         Step 3 : Now remove some joints of extra chain and then fit it from Padal Garari to the new garari on the pump.

·         Step 4 : After this fit the pump on Cycle Tongs, for this you can use nut, bolt and iron plates.

·         Step 5 : Now you have to fill bugs of pump with brass welding, then flatten it and then fit it with the shaft of pump.

·         Step 6 : Now fit the nipples on pipe and paint your cycle.

·         Step 7 : In the end fit the Non Return Valve so that when you stop cycling then water don’t go back.

·         Step 8 : Now do cycling and your water tank will be filled.
