How to Perform Application Stability
test in BREW Mobile Application
It is very wonderful testing which
require to be manage or perform to test the whether applications
behave properly and correctly over the longer period of this time.
For an example if we have an application that tested good and fine
running. But will this run properly well ever after the noticeable
amount of time like the 2 years, 4 years or ever after the 6 years?
Really wonderful? So, will the applications remain stable and
behaving properly and correctly after such extra time span?
How to Perform Application Stability test in BREW Mobile Application |
So for test these conditions up to
definite extent TBT gives with the Test called 'Application
Stability' which gives the guideline for the test conducting. Such
testing generally performed on emulator.
Following is the way to conduct this
Testing:
To check the Stability of BREW
Mobile Application Stability, Following are the Test Cases -:
Objective of Testing: To confirm
and make sure that the application under testing is stable when
running over the lengthy period of time.
- On our PC set the date for the next five years.
- Now Execute the Emulator.
- Conduct the exploratory testing for your applications.
- Functionality and the AUT screens require to Traverse
- Now time to Exit the Screen and application.
Result Output:
- Emulators doesn't report the leak of memory.
- Applications haven't undocumented time based behavior.
Note That: Time Setting
forwarding will be evaluated for the time base behavior and the
emulators will detects memory leak when the applications terminated.
Motto is to practices the section of the code that may allocate the
memory and or have time base behavior.
You Also note that if we have some
behaviors when displayed time inside the applications don't forget
to test whether that time is update as per New Time setting
